Australian company Aconex Limited specializes in cloud collaboration platform technology for the global construction industry, fostering greater communication amongst the members of project teams so that they can accomplish their goals more effectively. The cloud-based platform allows users to collaborate on large-scale, complex construction projects across the entire project lifecycle—from planning to construction, delivery and operation. By designing the platform to be flexible and easily integrated into existing systems, companies can join together everyone involved in the project, including owners, developers, contractors, and suppliers. In this way, the platform supports a high level of collaboration that makes project teams stronger. Users can manage documents, communicate and streamline business processes via desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile devices from field and office locations.

This week, the company announced its intention to make an initial public offer (IPO) and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). The company hopes this offer will raise a total of approximately A$140 million, based on an offer price of A$1.90 per share.
